Glycolic Acid is a natural food product derived from sugarcane. For the dry and mature skin, it helps remove the wrinkles and tighten the skin. For oily and acne skin, it is particularly effective for removing dead skin, drying up pimples, and reducing sebum and blackheads. Used appropriately, the results can be remarkable. It is good for all skin types except sensitive skin.
There are different concentrations of glycolic acid, defined as percentages. The right percent to use depends on the type of skin and the stage of the treatable condition. To ensure safety and for the best results, it is best to consult Dr. Ou by email or phone before ordering. An office consultation would be best as she can evaluate your condition directly and prescribe the appropriate concentration. The concentration can be adjusted over time depending on the results.
• 5% Glycolic Acid: Good for normal, mature and dry skin.
• 10-15% Glycolic Acid: Very good for acne and oily skin.
Directions: Apply 2-5 drops of Glycolic Acid on cleaned face evenly by your cleaned finger tips.
Important:
1) If it’s your first time using Glycolic Acid, use once every other night for 2 weeks, then use once every night for another 2 weeks, then use twice a day and continue likewise.
2) If you have used glycolic acid before, and there has not been any adverse reactions, you can begin using it once a day for one week, then up to twice a day as needed.

Directions:
